Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Kozhikode. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing and strengthening the human resource functions of a growing organization with 55+ team members.
The role involves overseeing HR operations, implementing and maintaining HR policies, managing employee relations, and supporting overall organizational development. You will act as a key bridge between management and employees, ensuring a positive, performance-driven, and growth-oriented work culture.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, structured, and capable of handling both operational and strategic HR responsibilities in a fast-paced advertising environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for a team of 55+ employees
- Implement and monitor HR policies, ensuring compliance with company standards and labor laws
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace engagement initiatives
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Drive performance management and team development initiatives
- Maintain HR records, documentation, and reporting systems
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong understanding of employee relations and organizational development
- Hands-on experience in implementing HR policies and compliance frameworks
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the advertising, media, or creative industry is an added advantage
- Language proficiency in English and Malayalam is mandatory
