Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Bhopal. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, maintaining employee relations, and overseeing various HR management functions. The role will involve developing strategies to support hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management processes, as well as addressing workplace issues in collaboration with management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management, Employee Relations, and HR Operations
- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and procedures
- Strong expertise in core Human Resources (HR) functions
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in HR practices and labor laws are a plus
