🎯 Key Responsibilities1. Traini
ng & Development (Core) * Design
, implement, and manage the annual training calendar based on meticulous Training Needs Identification (TNI). * Coordi
nate and deliver impactful internal training sessions (including technical skills, soft skills, and compliance training). * Collab
orate with external expert partners to facilitate specialized technical upgrades and emergency response readiness programs. * Evalua
te training effectiveness and maintain flawless, up-to-date training records and matrices.2. Audit
& Compliance Management * Act as
the core HR representative for all internal and external audits, including Customer Audits, ISO/IATF standards, and Statutory Compliance audits. * Mainta
in absolute readiness of all HR documentation, employee records, and training files required for structural evaluations. * Close
any audit findings/Non-Conformances (NCs) promptly with robust corrective and preventive actions.3. Safety
Audits & Workplace Safety * Partne
r closely with the EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) team to conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments. * Champi
on workplace safety by organizing mandatory first-aid training, safety drills, and emergency response simulations. * Ensure
absolute alignment with industrial safety norms to maintain an incident-free working environment.Requireme
nts & Qualifications * Experi
ence: 3 to 6 years of core HR experience in a Manufacturing/Automotive industry setup. * Educat
ion: MBA in HR, Master’s in Human Resource Management, or a related field. * Audit
Expertise: Proven track record of successfully handling comprehensive customer, statutory, and safety audits. * Skills
: Strong presentation and training delivery skills, excellent communication, and an eye for compliance details.
