Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive position based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing core HR operations, implementing HR policies, fostering employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR management standards. The candidate will also be responsible for streamlining HR functions and supporting employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in HR Management and Human Resources frameworks
• Demonstrated experience in HR Operations and the implementation of HR Policies
• Proficiency in managing Employee Relations and fostering a collaborative organizational culture
• Understanding of labor laws, compliance requirements, and workplace regulations
• Impeccable organizational and communication skills
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Relevant certifications in Human Resources or a related field are a plus
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
