Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Nagaon. The Human Resources Executive will manage daily human resource operations, oversee employee relations, implement HR policies, and ensure compliance with company standards. The role will also focus on enhancing organizational culture, supporting team development, and assisting with talent acquisition and onboarding processes to ensure a productive and positive workplace environment.

- Proven experience in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation
- Proficiency in managing and fostering positive Employee Relations
- Thorough understanding of core Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and professionalism
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
