Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Hosur. The responsibilities include overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring smooth workforce management. The role requires active involvement in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and supporting the overall HR strategy to align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Experience in Employee Relations and implementation of HR Policies
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles, practices, and compliance
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry is an added advantage
