Role Overview
The HR Executive will lead the Human Resources function at the resort, acting as the in-charge of the HR department. This role is responsible for driving recruitment, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and HR operations to ensure a motivated workforce aligned with the resort’s service culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all resort positions.
- Conduct interviews, coordinate with department heads, and ensure timely hiring.
- Design and implement onboarding programs to integrate new employees smoothly.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention.
- Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with hospitality service standards.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Oversee payroll coordination and ensure accuracy in salary processing.
- Implement HR policies and procedures consistently across departments.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads.
- Organize skill development and service excellence workshops.
- Track training effectiveness and maintain compliance with hospitality standards.
Compliance & Statutory Requirements
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory filings, and resort-specific certifications.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hospitality industry regulations.
Performance Management
- Support appraisal processes and performance reviews.
- Provide guidance to managers on employee development plans.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2–4 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry.
