Role Overview:
The HR Executive will support day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth functioning across recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in Human Resources while gaining exposure to multiple HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Support workforce planning and staffing requirements across departments
- Manage onboarding processes including documentation, induction, and employee records
- Assist in payroll coordination by maintaining attendance, leave records, and employee data
- Support preparation and maintenance of employee contracts and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies
- Maintain and update HR databases and filing systems
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and day-to-day HR operations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 years of experience
- Basic understanding of HR functions and labour laws
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
