Manages end-to-end HR operations, ensuring seamless recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational compliance. Acts as a key partner in building a productive and motivated workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Assist in employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Address employee queries and provide HR guidance.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in HR or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in employee engagement, payroll, or performance management.
- Background in HR analytics or reporting is a plus.
