Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Human Resources Executive. In this capacity, the HR Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, support employee relations, implement HR policies, and oversee HR management. Additional responsibilities include coordinating recruitment processes, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and improving workplace culture through strategic HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in HR Management and HR Operations
- Experience in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
- Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to navigate labor laws and regulatory compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in an HR role is preferred
