Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, and maintain compliance with regulations. They will facilitate employee relations, manage recruitment and onboarding processes, and oversee performance management. The role focuses on fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with the company’s goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations, with a strong understanding of industry best practices
- Experience in Employee Relations and resolving workplace conflicts
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance with employment laws and regulations
- General expertise in Human Resources (HR) functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, and performance management
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and lead HR initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications are a plus)
- Prior experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is desirable
