Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri.com, and other job portals.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Communicate with candidates regarding application status, interview feedback, and job offers.
Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting job advertisements.
Support the onboarding process for new hires and ensure smooth joining formalities.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
