Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to take full ownership of the employee lifecycle—from recruitment to exit management.
The ideal candidate will not only excel in core HR functions but also possess a working knowledge of basic accounting processes to support cross-functional administrative tasks.
This role is pivotal in shaping our company culture, ensuring operational excellence in HR, and contributing to seamless day-to-day organizational functioning.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and develop hiring strategies
Create and publish compelling job descriptions across platforms (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals)
Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offer rollouts
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new hires
🔹 End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage the complete employee journey: onboarding, engagement, performance management, and exit
Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS systems
Monitor attendance, leave management, and policy adherence
Address employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns with empathy and professionalism
🔹 HR Policies & Compliance
Develop, implement, and update HR policies aligned with industry standards and Indian labor laws
Ensure statutory compliance and support audits when required
Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to reporting standards
🔹 Employee Engagement & Retention
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities
Facilitate performance reviews and feedback sessions
Conduct exit interviews and contribute to retention strategies
🔹 Accounting & Administrative Support (Basic)
Assist with employee expense tracking, reimbursements, and payroll inputs
Coordinate with the finance team on basic accounting processes
Candidate Profile
1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in startups or mid-sized organizations
Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Excel
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
High emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive situations
Basic knowledge of accounting or finance processes (preferred)
