Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Ahmedabad. The HR Executive will oversee HR operations, manage policies, and foster positive employee relations. Responsibilities include implementing human resource strategies, ensuring compliance with company policies, employee onboarding, addressing employee concerns, and supporting broader HR initiatives to align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) best practices
- Experience with HR Operations, including recruitment, payroll, and administrative tasks
- Strong expertise in Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace environment
- Knowledge of HR Policies and legal compliance requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
