About the Role
Boston Institute of Analytics is looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates and early-career professionals to join our HR team as an HR Executive – Talent Acquisition. This role is ideal for candidates who have completed HR internships, recruitment projects, campus hiring exposure, or certification courses, and are looking to build a long-term career in Human Resources. You will receive hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, candidate coordination, onboarding, and HR operations, with guidance and training from senior HR team members.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
Recruitment & Hiring Support
· Assist in sourcing candidates for entry-level to mid-level roles through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
· Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on basic role requirements
· Coordinate interview schedules (telephonic, virtual, and in-person)
· Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment data
Job Posting & Employer Branding
· Post job openings on platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, and other portals
· Support employer branding initiatives to attract fresher and early-career talent
Onboarding
· Assist with offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding documentation
· Act as a point of contact for candidates during the joining process
· Support basic HR operational tasks and internal coordination
Consultancy & Stakeholder Coordination
· Coordinate with recruitment consultancies for candidate follow-ups
· Work closely with internal hiring managers to understand role requirements
HR Learning & Exposure
· Gain exposure to HR metrics like time-to-hire and source effectiveness
· Learn recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and HR compliance basics
Who Should Apply (Ideal Candidate Profile)
· Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year experience
· Candidates who have completed HR internships, live projects, or certification courses
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
· Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
· Comfortable using LinkedIn, job portals, and basic Excel/Google Sheets
· Organized, proactive, and eager to build a career in HR
No extensive prior experience required - training and support will be provided.
