Job Title: HR Executive
About the Job: Join Boheim and help shape the team behind one of India's emerging luxury real estate brands. As an HR Executive, you'll be at the heart of recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations, working closely with leadership to build a high-performing, people-first culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Support employee onboarding, induction, and engagement initiatives.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Coordinate performance review cycles and employee feedback processes.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and HRMIS updates.
- Support payroll coordination by maintaining accurate employee data and attendance records.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and team events.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and provide support to employees across departments.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software/HRMS.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working in real estate, hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
- A proactive, resourceful, and people-oriented professional.
- Strong ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
