Human Resources Manager (HR & Talent Acquisition)
Location: Jakkur, Bangalore (with multi-location responsibilities)

Reports To: Director / Core Management
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR professional to manage end-to-end Human Resource operations and Talent Acquisition across the organization. The candidate will be responsible for handling both blue-collar workforce (technicians, site staff, labor) and white-collar employees (engineers, sales, corporate staff) while ensuring smooth HR processes, compliance, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition (TA) & Workforce Planning
- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for:
- Blue-collar workforce (technicians, helpers, operators, contract labor)
- White-collar roles (Sales, HVAC engineers, project managers, corporate roles)
- Develop hiring strategies for bulk and niche hiring
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
- Build strong vendor networks for blue-collar hiring
- Handle campus recruitment / lateral hiring / walk-ins
- Maintain recruitment MIS, pipelines, and closure timelines
2. HR Operations & Administration
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations:
- Onboarding & induction
- Employee documentation & records
- Payroll coordination (attendance, leaves, overtime)
- Exit formalities & F&F settlements
- Manage employee lifecycle from joining to exit
- Implement HR policies, SOPs, and processes
- Ensure smooth HR operations across multiple locations
3. Blue-Collar Workforce Management
- Handle site workforce deployment, attendance, and productivity tracking
- Manage contract labor, vendors, and compliance
- Address grievances and maintain discipline at site level
- Ensure statutory compliance (ESI, PF, CLRA, etc.)
- Coordinate with project teams for manpower requirements
4. White-Collar HR Management
- Manage employee engagement, performance tracking, and retention
- Support performance appraisal systems and KRAs
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
- Drive culture-building initiatives
5. Compliance & Legal
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements:
- PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.
- Maintain HR audit readiness
- Handle disciplinary actions and legal matters if required
6. Performance Management & HR Strategy
- Design and implement performance management systems
- Support incentive structures (especially for sales & operations teams)
- Align HR strategies with business growth plans
- Develop HR dashboards and reports for management
7. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities
- Drive initiatives for retention and satisfaction
- Conduct surveys and feedback mechanisms
- Promote a positive work culture across locations
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of blue-collar workforce management
- Expertise in end-to-end recruitment (bulk + niche hiring)
- Knowledge of labor laws & compliance
- Experience in multi-location HR operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure and dynamic environments
- Proficiency in HRMS/ERP (Keka experience is a plus)
Qualification & Experience
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
- In hand of HR experience (preferably in construction, HVAC, manufacturing, or contracting industry)
- Proven experience in managing both field workforce and corporate employees

- Companies with large blue-collar workforce
