Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, based in Mumbai. The Human Resources Executive will manage HR operations, oversee employee relations, and ensure the implementation and compliance of HR policies. The role will also involve streamlining day-to-day HR management tasks, providing support to employees, and working to create a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), including a comprehensive understanding of HR management and HR operations
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
- Strong skills in managing Employee Relations to foster a positive workplace environment
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus
