Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Human Resources Executive located in Gurgaon. The Human Resources Executive will manage and execute HR operations, develop and enforce HR policies, and ensure smooth functioning of employee relations. Responsibilities include overseeing HR management processes, addressing workplace concerns, fostering employee engagement, and maintaining compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Ability to develop and implement HR Policies effectively
- Strong expertise in Employee Relations and resolving workplace concerns
- Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources practices and procedures
- MBA in HR is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Past experience in a similar position preferred
- Relevant education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent field
