Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, based in the Pune Division. The Human Resources Executive will manage end-to-end HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and payroll coordination. The role involves implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, facilitating training programs, and assisting in organizational development initiatives to foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Onboarding processes
- Proficiency in Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Conflict Resolution
- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and managing HR Operations
- Familiarity with Payroll Processing and Compliance with labor laws
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, manage sensitive information, and maintain confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are an advantage
- Experience in the real estate sector is a plus
