Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Human Resources Executive. The role involves Hiring, managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and supporting daily HR management tasks. The Human Resources Executive will also contribute to enhancing workplace culture and ensuring alignment with organizational values and goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hiring, HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources practices
- Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and HR Policies
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Experience with HR software and tools is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role or expertise in HR processes is an advantage
