Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Gandhinagar. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR management and operations, implement HR policies, and foster effective employee relations within the organization. The role includes ensuring compliance, enhancing processes for employee satisfaction and productivity, and coordinating various HR functions to align with the organization’s goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Strong expertise in HR Operations and implementation of HR Policies
- Experience in fostering Employee Relations to promote a positive and collaborative workplace
- Solid understanding of general Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site and ensure effective coordination with team members and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in handling HR responsibilities for a creative or design-focused organization is a plus
