Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Rohini. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, overseeing onboarding and offboarding, and supporting payroll and attendance coordination. The role involves implementing and updating HR policies, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and supporting performance management and appraisal cycles. The person in this role will handle employee relations, address concerns in a fair and timely manner, and support initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture. The Human Resources Executive will also coordinate recruitment activities, schedule interviews, assist in hiring processes, and collaborate with management on workforce planning and HR reporting.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support core HR functions and contribute to strategic people initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, HRIS usage, attendance management, and coordination with payroll.
- Demonstrated skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle queries, resolve conflicts, and promote an open, respectful, and inclusive workplace.
- Experience drafting, implementing, and communicating HR Policies that align with legal requirements and organizational values.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with HR software or HRIS tools; experience in a finance, accounting, or professional services environment is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Rohini, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
