Experience: 0 - 6 Months (Freshers are welcome!)
Location: Sector 132, Noida (On-site)

Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations, with a strong understanding of best practices in human resources.
- Experience in Employee Relations and the implementation and oversight of HR Policies.
- Knowledge of HR compliance, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, alongside the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; additional certifications in HR are advantageous.
- Proficiency in using HR software and tools, along with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
