About The Role
This is a full-time Human Resources Executive role based on-site in Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, overseeing HR operations, and fostering a positive work environment. Additionally, the role involves managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards, and maintaining strong client account management. The HR Executive will engage directly with employees and leadership to promote a healthy workplace culture, facilitate onboarding, and support employee engagement initiatives. The position offers an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual to contribute to the growth and development of the organization while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced IT environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in resume screening and conducting initial screening calls
- Strong understanding of onboarding processes and employee engagement strategies
- Experience in managing client accounts and maintaining professional relationships
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with offshore clients
- Ability to work collaboratively within an on-site team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience working in an IT company is preferred but not mandatory
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
- Oversee HR operations such as attendance management, leave policies, and compliance documentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management and communication
- Handle employee relations issues, providing support and resolution to workplace concerns
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and external regulatory standards
- Collaborate with leadership to develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Assist in performance management processes and employee development programs
