Job Summary:
The HR Operations Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR activities, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes, and maintaining employee records. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficiency in HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and HRMS Tools.
- Experience in Analytics Hiring and Recruitment.
- Coordinate with payroll and finance teams to ensure for operational activities.
- Handle employee queries related to attendance, leave, benefits, and HR policies.
- Coordinate with TA Team, L& D and Employee Engagement for operational activities.
- Oversee office administration, facility management, housekeeping, and vendor operations.
- Maintain office infrastructure, security, access control, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, Admin, and leadership to support HR and operational needs..
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR or related field preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations / Recruitment or Generalist roles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools (e.g., Zoho People, Darwinbox, SAP, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
