Working Days: 6 days working, 9AM-6PM
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Recruiter and Admin to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently, and an organized approach towards onboarding and employee support activities.
Role Description:
A. Recruitment
➢ Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing through job portals, campus hiring, staffing
agencies, networking, referrals and head hunting to fill internal job roles for the company.
➢ Develop and update job descriptions and specifications based on the hiring manager’s
requirements.
➢ Assist the hiring managers in creating and finalising a sourcing and hiring strategy based on the
job opening
➢ Screen resumes and conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate fit
➢ Coordinate interviews and assignment rounds with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups
➢ Manage stakeholder communication and maintain hiring trackers
B. Office Administration and Onboarding Support
➢ Address employee queries, manage attendance and ensure smooth coordination for HR-related
processes
➢ Booking Porter through company porter portal and coordinating with the stakeholders to ensure smooth pick up and delivery of required items on time
➢ Assist in background verification of the selected candidates
➢ Support in offer sharing and pre-joining engagement with candidates
➢ Coordinate joining formalities including document collection and verification
➢ Ensure smooth onboarding experience for full-time and internship roles and update the data on
HRMS Platform
Eligibility Criteria:
A. Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Bachelor’s in HR is a plus)
B. Experience: Min 6 months to 1 Year of experience in recruitment is mandatory. Experience of
recruitment for manufacturing companies is a plus.
C. Skillsets: Basic Excel, Word and Powerpoint
D. Background & Mindset:
● Passion for impact and making a difference on ground
● Should be willing to embrace a start-up culture of iterations, failed attempts, ambiguity etc
