We are seeking a Human Resources Executive with 1–2 years of experience who is keen to gain hands-on exposure across multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment, with the opportunity to work closely with the founding team and build end-to-end HR expertise.

Location: Andheri E, Mumbai
Eligibility Criteria:
A. Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Bachelor’s in HR is a plus)
B. Experience: Min 1-2 Years of experience in a similar role as an HR Admin, HR Operations, HR Generalist etc
C. Skillsets: Excel, HRMS/ ATS, Word and Powerpoint
D. Background & Mindset:
- Able to navigate challenging situations with sound judgment and a steady approach
- Passion for impact and making a difference on ground
- Should be willing to embrace a start-up culture of iterations, failed attempts, ambiguity etc
Roles and Responsibilities:
A. HR Policies, Documentation & Systems
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, guides, and SOPs
- Maintain employee records, attendance, documentation, and HR MIS on HRMS and internal systems
- Ensure data accuracy and proper record management across platforms
- Manage employee records across the lifecycle including confirmations, documentation, and exits
B. Payroll & Compliance Support
- Manage payroll processes by maintaining accurate employee data and records
- Coordinate with external vendors for labour law and statutory compliance requirements and documentation.
C. Performance Evaluation, Appraisal & ESOP Support
- Assist in execution of performance evaluation and appraisal cycles
- Coordinate feedback collection and maintain relevant documentation
- Support ESOP-related documentation and internal coordination
D. Employee Engagement
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, team activities, and events
- Address employee queries and ensure smooth coordination for HR-related processes
E. HR Administration & Coordination
- Manage day-to-day HR administrative activities and internal coordination.
