Job Description
We is looking for a proactive and organized HR & Office Administrator to join our growing team. If you enjoy managing people operations, office administration, and employee engagement in a dynamic IT environment, we’d love to connect with you!
Responsibilities
- Manage daily attendance and employee records
- Handle payroll processing using Zoho Payroll
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (TDS, PF, Gratuity, etc.)
- Prepare and maintain monthly cost sheets
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee documentation (offline & digital)
- Organize office events and activities
- Support basic marketing activities such as data collection, lead research, and database management
- Report to management and support HR operations
- Handle general office administration tasks
Qualifications
- MBA (HR / Marketing / Accounting)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs)
- Experience with Zoho Payroll (preferred)
- Prior experience in an IT company (preferred)
- Strong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (fluency in English required)
