Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and driven HR Executive to manage and elevate our people operations.
You will:
- Own end-to-end HR operations
- Drive employee engagement and workplace culture
- Support hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Build and implement HR policies and processes
- Act as a bridge between leadership and employees
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Managing daily HR operations and employee lifecycle
- Handling employee relations with professionalism and empathy
- Supporting talent acquisition and onboarding
- Designing and implementing HR policies
- Driving engagement initiatives to improve performance and retention
- Ensuring compliance with labour laws and HR best practices
