Role Description
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and responsible HR professional who can independently handle end-to-end recruitment, manage HR operations, take care of admin documentation, and support team coordination and performance management.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in:
• Hiring and recruitment
• Employee onboarding & documentation
• Attendance / leave / HR records
• Team coordination
• Employee engagement
• Performance tracking
• Admin support
• Day-to-day HR operations
This role is ideal for someone who can act as a bridge between management and employees, ensure smooth hiring, maintain discipline, and support the company in building a productive and well-managed team.
Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment and hiring
• Job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Employee onboarding and documentation
• Attendance, leave, and HR records management
• Offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documents
• Admin coordination and office documentation
• Team follow-up and employee coordination
• Performance monitoring and reporting
• Employee engagement and retention support
• Exit formalities and offboarding
Skills Required:
• Strong recruitment experience
• Good HR operations knowledge
• Documentation and admin handling
• Team management / coordination skills
• Attendance and employee record management
• Good communication and follow-up
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and job portals , social media
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations roles
- Experience in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
- A solid understanding of fundamental Human Resources (HR) principles and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and handle confidential employee information with integrity
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or certification such as SHRM or PHR is a plus
- Prior experience in an HR role within professional services or a related field is highly desirable
