Job Title: Human Resources Executive

We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Executive to support recruitment and day-to-day HR operations at Atomyc. The role will primarily focus on hiring coordination, candidate management and maintaining smooth HR processes across the organisation.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, eager to learn and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and follow-ups.

Roles and Responsibilities Details & Description
PART 1: HR Operations & Administration
- HR Administration
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Coordinate joining formalities, documentation and induction processes.
- Maintain employee records, contracts and HR documentation.
- Assist with attendance, leave records and employee databases.
- Ensure HR trackers and records are regularly updated and maintained.
- HR Process Coordination
- Support implementation of HR policies and internal processes.
- Coordinate with teams for HR-related follow-ups and documentation.
- Assist in maintaining organised HR systems and workflows.
PART 2: Recruitment & Hiring Coordination
- Recruitment Management
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes across departments.
- Coordinate job postings across hiring platforms and recruitment channels.
- Screen applications and shortlist relevant candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams.
- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring updates.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand open roles and hiring requirements.
- Talent Pipeline Support
- Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring requirements.
- Support internship and trainee hiring initiatives where required.
- Assist in employer branding and hiring-related communication activities.
PART 3: Employee Engagement & Team Coordination
- Employee Engagement Support
- Support coordination of internal engagement activities, celebrations and team events.
- Assist with internal communication related to employee initiatives and activities.
- Coordinate employee-related announcements and updates where required.
- PART 4: HR Coordination & Operational Support
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with teams to ensure timely HR-related follow-ups and documentation.
- Support founders and managers with recruitment and HR coordination.
- Maintain recruitment and HR trackers to ensure process visibility and organisation.
- Vendor & External Coordination
- Coordinate with external recruitment partners, training vendors or HR-related service providers where required.
- Maintain organised records for HR-related vendor coordination.
Work Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations or HR administration.
- Prior internship or work experience in agencies, startups or fast-paced environments will be an advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and HR/project management tools.
- Familiarity with platforms like Asana or similar tools will be a plus.
