Astro Urjaa is a growing team, and we’re looking for an energetic HR Executive to manage our hiring and HR operations smoothly.
Role Overview:
You’ll primarily handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Customer Support roles, while also managing day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for Sales and Customer Support positions
• Manage onboarding and joining formalities
• Handle HR operations — attendance, records, and basic documentation
• Maintain smooth communication with candidates and the internal team
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of HR / recruitment experience
• Experience hiring for sales or customer support roles preferred
• Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English
• Good interpersonal and organizational abilities
