Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Dadri. The HR Executive will manage daily HR functions, including implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and supporting HR operations. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company regulations. The role involves fostering a positive workplace culture while addressing employee concerns and promoting continuous improvement in HR processes.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
- Knowledge of HR Operations and HR Policies
- Experience with Employee Relations and supporting workplace harmony
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with diverse teams
- Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage complex tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in HR management tools and compliance practices
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with 4–6 years of experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on experience in HR operations and recruitment.
