Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Chennai. Responsibilities include overseeing HR operations such as recruitment, payroll, and onboarding, maintaining and implementing HR policies, and fostering positive employee relations. The role also entails providing guidance on best HR practices, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting overall organizational effectiveness through strategic human resource management.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices
• Proficiency in HR Operations, including recruitment, payroll, and compliance
• Strong skills in managing Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace culture
• Knowledge of HR Policies and ability to implement and enforce them effectively
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
