AQM Technologies is looking for a passionate and result-driven Recruiter with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team.
📍 Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai
⏱ Experience: 2–4 Years
📌 Immediate Joiners Preferred
🔎 Key Requirements:
• Hands-on experience in IT or Non-IT recruitment (experience in both is highly preferred)
• Strong experience working with job portals and sourcing platforms
• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycle
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in screening, sourcing, coordinating interviews, and closing positions
