We are looking for a results-driven Human Resource Executive who believes in outcomes, not
just processes.
Role Type: Human Resource Executive (Performance-Based)
Work Mode: India Remote | Full-time (Flexible, High Responsibility)
Experience: Freshers or experienced (Mindset & Skills > Years)
Income potential:
First 6 Month - Learning phase focused on training, team building, and performance-based
income
After 6 month - XX,XXX INR (final structure will be discussed during the interview)
Important Note:
This role is for individuals who see this as a startup journey and want to build, grow, and scale
together.
We are not hiring candidates seeking a fixed salary. Income in this role is performance-linked,
based on team size and team sales revenue.
This position is ideal for builders—people who are ambitious, entrepreneurial, and interested in
creating systems and processes from scratch. If you are looking for a comfortable, Work from
home but with High responsibility role, this may not be the right fit.
We primarily offer a permanent, long-term role for individuals who are willing to learn first, build
systems and teams, and grow with the organization.
Income begins after the training period and is directly linked to team growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment and candidate screening
Interview coordination and candidate evaluation
Onboarding, documentation, and Candidate Training (Sales & Marketing)
Performance tracking and reporting
Maintaining professional communication with candidates and teams
Build sales team and help them to generate sales, solve doubts.
Hire replacement whenever it needed
