Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in the Greater Indore Area for a Human Resources Executive. The selected candidate will oversee HR management functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, and retention policies. Key responsibilities include implementing HR operations, fostering positive employee relations, crafting and updating organizational policies, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. The Human Resources Executive will also play a critical role in contributing to a healthy and dynamic workplace culture aligned with the company’s mission and values.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
- Proficiency in HR Operations and Employee Relations
- Knowledge of HR Policies and labor regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the manufacturing or packaging industry is a plus
