Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Human Resources Executive based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The Human Resources Executive will manage HR operations, ensure compliance with HR policies, foster positive employee relations, and support overall HR management strategies. Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and policy implementation, while contributing to organizational growth and culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong expertise in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
- Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) processes and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
