Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Noida. The Human Resources Executive will manage tasks related to HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, handle employee relations, and oversee general HR management functions. Additionally, the role includes optimizing workplace efficiency, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong experience in Employee Relations and the ability to foster a positive work environment
- In-depth knowledge of HR Policies and compliance with employment regulations
- Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR) functions and best practices
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree in HR or certifications such as SHRM or PHR is a plus
- Previous experience in the furniture or manufacturing industries is a plus
