Job Description
We’re hiring a dynamic HR Executive who will also handle basic Help Desk responsibilities. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a versatile career in both HR operations and internal support within a fast-paced tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
🧑💼 HR Duties
Support recruitment: job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee records.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
Track attendance, leaves, and assist in payroll coordination.
Coordinate training programs and maintain learning records.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
🖥️ Help Desk (HD) Duties
Act as the first point of contact for basic IT and general support queries.
Log, track, and follow up on tickets using internal systems.
Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution.
Maintain user access records and onboarding IT setup.
Document FAQs and internal processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
0–3 years of experience in HR, admin, or support roles.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of IT tools and support systems.
Quick learner with multitasking ability.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ticketing tools is a plus.
