Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Idukki, Kerala, for a Human Resources Executive. The HR Executive will oversee recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws. The role will also involve maintaining employee records, managing benefits administration, organizing training sessions, and addressing employee concerns. Additionally, the HR Executive will play a role in fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture, as well as assisting in performance evaluation and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Strong skills in communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement
- Attention to detail and expertise in maintaining accurate employee records
- Proactive mindset with the ability to foster a positive organizational culture
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
- Proficiency in HR management systems and relevant software is an advantages
- Knowledge in MS excel, Word & Email Handling
