About the Role:
Amplio Invest is looking for an HR Executive to support recruitment, HR operations, and employee experience as we continue to grow our team.
You’ll work closely with the HR Manager and business teams to ensure smooth hiring, strong HR processes, and a positive employee experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is organized, and wants to learn HR in a fast-growing startup environment.
What you will do:
Recruitment & Hiring
- Support end-to-end hiring coordination – sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups
- Post jobs on LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing platforms
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth candidate experience
HR Operations
- Support employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in implementing HR policies and processes
Attendance & Payroll Support
- Track employee attendance and leave records
- Prepare monthly attendance reports
- Coordinate with HR Manager and Finance for payroll inputs
Employee Experience
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives
- Support internal HR communications
What we are looking for:
- 0–2 years of experience in HR (internships welcome)
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations
- Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Interested in working in a startup environment
