We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Pune.
Location: Pune
Experience: 3-4 Years
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Candidate must be based in Pune
Required Skills:
- Excellent hiring skills for Sales profiles
- Strong experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of HR operations, Payroll and employee management
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment & onboarding IT/NON-IT (Hire to Retire)
- Employee lifecycle management (joining to exit)
- Attendance, leave management & HR documentation
- Payroll coordination & statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Bonus)
- HR policy implementation & governance
- Appraisal, Performance management System, PIP & grievance handling
- Employee engagement & team-building initiatives
