Job Description – Human Resources (HR) Executive / HR Officer
Location : Jamshedpur
About the Role
Amit Engineering & Tech Service Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources (HR) Executive to support our growing workforce across industrial maintenance, rope access, shutdown projects, and technical training operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, and workforce coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Coordinate onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, and employee induction.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Support manpower planning for project sites and client requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers for deployment, transfers, and workforce availability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory labour regulations.
- Assist in performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate employee training, skill development, and certification records.
- Handle HR reports, MIS, and recruitment tracking.
- Support payroll inputs and employee grievance handling.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA in Human Resources (Preferred) or PGDM (HR).
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in engineering, industrial maintenance, construction, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and labour law compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR documentation.
