The Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic Human Resource Executive to support and strengthen our people operations. This role offers exposure across recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations, with the opportunity to grow alongside a fast-scaling organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (Zoho People / Zoho Recruit)
- Assist in payroll coordination and attendance management
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour regulations
- Support performance management and HR documentation processes
- Coordinate with different departments for hiring and HR requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment roles
- Working knowledge of Zoho HR tools (Zoho People, Zoho Recruit) or similar HRMS platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR processes and labour laws
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth environment
- Proficiency in MS Office
