Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, based in Delhi/ NCR. The HR Executive will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring legal compliance and driving efficiency. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee onboarding, performance management, policy development, employee engagement initiatives, and resolving workplace conflicts. The HR Executive will also contribute to shaping and maintaining a positive workplace culture, aligned with the company’s values and long-term objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Employee Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and workforce planning
- Experience with Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Retention strategies
- In-depth knowledge of HR Policies, Labor Laws, and Compliance requirements
- Strong skills in Conflict Resolution, Mediation, and Employee Relations
- Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Organizational skills
- Proficiency with HR management software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR management, preferably in an agency or creative industry
- Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
