Role Description The HR Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, India, responsible for overseeing end-to-end human resources operations. Daily responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and administering compensation and benefits. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, supporting performance management cycles, and organizing training and development initiatives. The HR Manager will address employee relations issues, support a positive workplace culture, ensure compliance with labor laws, and collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives. This position requires regular coordination with various departments to ensure smooth HR processes and consistent communication across the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition to build and maintain a high-performing workforce.
- Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and training and development to support career growth and organizational effectiveness.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration, HR policies, and labor law compliance within the Indian regulatory context.
- Proficiency in HR operations, including HRIS or HR software, employee record management, and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle employee relations and conflict resolution professionally.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align HR practices with strategic goals.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an HR Executive or similar HR leadership role, preferably in financial services or related industries, is highly beneficial.
