Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, ensure the implementation of HR policies, manage employee relations, and strengthen organizational development initiatives. The responsibility includes supporting end-to-end HR management to enhance employee satisfaction, improve processes, and align HR activities with company goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in HR Management, HR Operations, and implementing HR strategies
- Strong skills in Employee Relations, and creating and maintaining HR Policies
- Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with diverse teams
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- Experience in managing HR functions within consulting or corporate environments is a plus
