Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, based in Andhra Pradesh, India. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, addressing employee relations, and overseeing human resource management to ensure a positive and efficient work environment. Additional responsibilities include supporting the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) operations
- Experience in HR Policies and their implementation
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of HR Operations and processes
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Proficiency in relevant HR management software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
